A forest inventory processing system is also integrated in the same platform and linked to the simulators. Each simulation model has parameterised predictive functions for each <a href=\"#themify-popup-2878\" class=\"tf_popup\"> Zonas de Crecimiento<\/a> previously defined for each tree species according empirical and cover the entire range of resolution levels required: <a href=\"#themify-popup-1355\" class=\"tf_popup\"><u>stand-level growth  model<\/u><\/a>, <a href=\"#themify-popup-1357\" class=\"tf_popup\"><u>stand-table projection model<\/u><\/a>, <a href=\"#themify-popup-1359\" class=\"tf_popup\"><u>distance independent individual-tree growth model<\/u><\/a> and <a href=\"#themify-popup-1361\" class=\"tf_popup\"><u>compatible-projection model.<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The computer simulation platform developed by the MNS has proven to be flexible enough to allow its implementation for other tree species. So far, it has been successfully implemented for use in plantations of <em>Eucalyptus grandis<\/em> In Brazil and <em>Pinus taeda<\/em> in Uruguay and Argentina. El prop\u00f3sito fundamental ha sido transferir de manera gratuita esta herramienta a las distintas Universidades que imparten la carrera de Ingenier\u00eda Forestal en el pa\u00eds para as\u00ed apoyar labores acad\u00e9micas en distintas asignaturas.
